Our fees

Our comprehensive service fee is equal or less than what you would pay to a normal estate agency in Italy yet includes many additional benefits to ensure you feel completely supported throughout the process. Italian Restoration charges 3% (plus VAT) of the agreed purchase price of the property, half of which is payable on the signing of the Compromesso and the balance at the final Notary act.
